Tidal Turbulence Fitness Moves: TRX & Surfset
Knee Tucks
TRX knee tucks are one of the best lower ab exercises you can do. Try 3 Sets of 12 reps for bikini ready abs. I have mantra of “you can do this” going on in my head when we put our feet in the straps for these kind of moves. We usually do a combo of three to four different kinds of core workouts from this position.
Tricep Extensions
Tricep extensions will build the muscle in your triceps and get rid of those flabby arms. Say goodbye to wings and hello to your new triceps. Try 3 Sets of 10 reps.
Hamstring Rollouts
This move is a Hamstring killer. Make sure you flex your feet and keep your button raised as high as possible when extending your legs. Try 3 Sets of 10 reps.
Sprinters Lunges
This move on the Surfset board definitely about coordination. If you want to work on your balance and body control try this exercise. This move not only works your glutes, quads and hamstrings but also your core. Try 3 Sets of 10 reps on each leg.
