When wearing winter stripes, mix them with leather, velvet, corduroy and even tweed.

Take stripes from day to night by wearing a tweed cropped jacket for work then switching to a velvet or leather jacket to make it evening-ready.
Mix prints. Try a plaid scarf with a striped top for an unexpected look.
