Surfset Strength Workout
Each of these moves are a great way to build strength, by doing them on the board it challenges your core and every stabilizer muscle in your body. The board makes you work harder and will get you sweating a lot quicker than doing these moves on a stable surface.
Lunge to Shoulder Press:
This is a total body exercise that really focuses on your legs and shoulders. Try 3 sets of 12 on each leg.
Row Your Boat:
This move is a great upper, middle, and lower exercise for your abs. By holding the bar it also works your back and shoulders. Try 3 sets of 12 alternating sides.
Stand Up Paddles:
This move mimics paddle boarding with a weighted bar. It is a great back, shoulder and leg move. Try 3 sets of 12 on each side.
Modified Jack Knifes:
This move is mostly working the core but by adding the bar it works your lats and triceps as well. Try 3 sets of 12
